- Delivery Methods
- 1. We offer the following kinds of delivery methods:
- By SF Express - door-to-door delivery, pick up at EF Lockers or SF-Express Centres
- By Three Little Meow Logistics Team - door-to-door delivery;
3. Due to weight and volume issues, for some products, SF option is not provided during check-out. If the customer types in an SF address for "door-to-door delivery" in this case, we will request for delivery address and there will be delay in processing the order.
4. Please note that we are unable to fulfill orders using other shipping methods or shipping company specified by customers.
Free Shipping
1. We offer free delivery to EF Locker upon purchase of HK$250 (after all discounts, including but not limited to deduction of store credits).
2. We offer free door-to-door delivery and SF-Express Centres for pick-up upon purchase of HK$400(after all discounts, including but not limited to deduction of store credits).
3. The above free shipping criteria are not applicable to the purchase of CatS Furniture.
Notes to Using EF Lockers
- Please note that there is a size limit of parcel to EF Locker. If the packed items exceed the size limit, we will contact the customer about changing delivery method, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customers will receive a push notification from SFHK APP once the parcel has arrived in the chosen EF Locker. Parcel has to be picked up within the specified period.
- There might be additional costs if the parcel is not picked up within the said period. All costs induced by late pick-up will be borne by customers.
- Please note that depending on the availability of the EF Lockers, it may take approx. 2-7 days for the parcel to arrive in the chosen EF Locker.
- Notes to Using Door-to-door Delivery
- 1. Delivery may delay or fail if the recipient cannot be contacted；charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- 2. Customers can also choose to have the goods placed at property management office or at the door. Please note that in this case any loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
- 3. Delivery may delay or fail if the address is incomplete or incorrect ; charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Fees
1. Delivery fee for EF Locker is HK$35, to be paid during checkout.
2. Delivery fee for door-to-door delivery is HK$80, to be paid during checkout.
3. For SF Express Centre Pick-up, standard charges of SF Express are applied. Please check the most updated rates on their official website http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/.
- Areas with Delivery Surcharge
- 1. Delivery to Kwu Tung, Ping Che, Kwan Tei, Shek O, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Tai Tam, Tai Mong Tsai Road, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and other Outlying Islands is provided by SF Express. Please choose "Delivery to Outlying Islands and Remote Areas (via SF Express)
- 2. For delivery address which cannot be directly access to by lift, free delivery service is only applicable to G/F or the closest spot accessible by lift, or a surcharge will be applied for delivery to door based on the following terms and conditions:
- a surcharge of HK$20 for EACH floor applies (5 floors at most);
- 5 or more steps will be regarded as 1 floor ($20 will be charged)
- for orders of multiple bulky items, fees will be charged based on the number of times our delivery man has to go up and down the staircase;
- if a customer refuses to pay the surcharge or go downstairs to receive the parcel, delivery will be cancelled and no refund will be offered;
- our delivery man has the final right to decide on the surcharge (based on the above T & C).
- For Macau Customers (Not applicable to delivery of food, supplement and CatS Furniture)
- Delivery Methods
- 1. We offer two kinds of delivery methods:
- Delivery by logistic company;
- SF-Express courier service.
- Delivery of CatS furniture
- 1. All CatS furniture products will be shipped to customers directly from the factory in China using SF-Express. All delivery arrangements depend on SF Express Terms & Conditions.
- 2. Free shipping upon purchase of HK$400 CatS Furniture; for any purchase less than HK$400, the shipping fee is HK$100.
- 3. NO additional shipping fees will be charged from SF-Express. If the staff from SF-Express requests any payment for delivery, please reject and contact us at once. (Except for Replacement Scratcher the shipping fee of which is collected by SF Express upon delivery.)

Shipping Fees and Conditions for Free Shipping
1. Shipping fee for delivery to Macau is HK$160 for the first 20kg, a fee of HK$80 will be charged for every additional 20kg.
2. We offer free delivery upon purchase of HK$800 (for first 20kg of the parcel), a fee of HK$80 will be charged for every additional 20kg.
3. The above fees refer to standard urban address delivery. If the delivery address is in remote area, all surcharges will be borne by the customer.
