- No refund or exchange service; upon completion of payment, no cancellation of order, refund or exchange of any items will be accepted.
- If a faulty or wrong item is received, please contact us within 7 days upon delivery date. You must provide your order details along with photos/videos showing the issue, and retain the invoice. If, upon verification, the issue is confirmed not to be caused by human factors or improper use, we will arrange a replacement. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Applications for return or exchange cannot be processed without the order record or the relevant photos/videos.
- We do NOT accept personal reasons including but not limited to personal tastes, preferences, likes or dislikes as the reasons for exchange/refund.
- If there is any special request on the expiry date, please speak to our customer service before placing an order or purchase from our stores in person.
- Scratching boards, posts, cat toys and similar items are consumables. Their actual durability varies depending on the cat’s strength and frequency of use. No returns, exchanges, or compensation will be provided on the grounds that the product is “easier to wear out than expected.”
- No exchange for all customized products/ made-to-order products.
- If the product is out of stock, customers can exchange items with the same value.
