Three Little Meow Return Policy (Applicable to Online Orders only)
- No refund or exchange service; upon completion of payment, no cancellation of order, refund or exchange of any items will be accepted.
- If a faulty or wrong item is received, please contact us within 7 days upon delivery date and keep the receipt; if it is verified that the damage is not caused by improper use or negligence，an exchange will be arranged.
- We do NOT accept personal reasons including but not limited to personal tastes, preferences, likes or dislikes as the reasons for exchange/refund.
- If there is any special request on the expiry date, please speak to our customer service before placing an order or purchase from our stores in person.
- Items to be exchanged must not be used, and must return with all packaging, accessories and manual etc..
- No exchange for all customized products/ made-to-order products.
- If the product is out of stock, customers can exchange items with the same value.
- Pictures used on this website are for reference only, actual products may vary without prior notice.
